epivin makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, and third-party infrastructure failures are outside epivin's direct control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms. epivin will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly following any outage.
epivin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where epivin has reasonable grounds to believe that:
You may voluntarily close your epivin account at any time by contacting customer support via the live chat facility. Before closure, all pending wagering requirements must be settled and any outstanding withdrawals processed. epivin will return your verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the closure request.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which epivin holds its international gaming license.
